Lifestyle/Fasting:

Just mention fasting or raw food and people freak out because they are uninformed. Fasting has been around since the dawn of time and has been pacticed by many different groups and religions. It can have many health and spiritual benefits. Read up on it first. I've been doing the Master Cleanse fast and have found it to be amazing!

I've been researching vegan and raw vegan diets and I believe this way of eating will be best for me, for my continued good health and happiness. Maybe it's not for everyone, but many people credit their switch to a raw vegan diet with reversing serious medical conditions and enabling weight loss. As always, do your own research and consult a doctor/nutrionist if you have serious health problems or are taking medications.
